I am currently revising and updating Lee Witkin’s classic book;
The
Photograph Collector’s Guide and have
written articles about photography which have been
published in the History of
Photography, Oxford, England, Autumn 1998, Photographie, Germany,
all catalogues issued by Galerie Stockeregg between
1987-1991, Pioneers of American
Photography, Masterworks of the
Pfeifer Collection, 2001 and various other publications. I write a
column entitled ‘What is it Worth?’on appraising
photographs for Black and White Magazine for
Collectors of Fine Photography. As Photographya free-lance Curator, I
continue to organize exhibitions of
photography, particularly the exhibition:
The Famous, The Infamous, The Anonymous: A History of Portraiture
in
Photography slated to
start its tour in 2010.
